 Having been a customer of Boxpark since 2017, my wife and I decided to get an additional locker to better serve our home needs. Catherine (Cat) from Boxpark was incredibly helpful and clear in explaining the ongoing promotions as well as company policies. Transaction was a breeze and Cat extended care and hospitality when bringing us to our new assigned locker. Housekeeping was pre-arranged and as always, the locker was well kept and in ready condition to “move in”. Over the years, their rates have remained competitive.  Cargo lift lobby has enough trolleys at each levels. Security system is well maintained. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

Our rental terms are flexible, and customers can stay with us for as short as 7 days or as long as required.
Each storage unit is equipped with an individual alarm system. On top of that, our secure storage solutions are equipped with 24-hour digital CCTV surveillance at all access points, emergency exits and areas outside our compound, as well as a complete fire alarm, sprinkler and fire detector system. Finally, we ensure on-site security personnel is present to ensure the safety of stored items.
Yes, customers have round-the-clock (24-hr) access to storage area if there is a need to retrieve or store items at unconventional hours.
Yes, we offer both AC units and non-AC units. All our storage spaces are designed to be well ventilated with natural airflow and mechanical fans. This is to protect your items, especially if you are using our facilities for furniture storage, which may be susceptible to mould in a humid environment.
Yes, our storage company partners with Aon Singapore Pte Ltd to bring you affordable insurance schemes that have a coverage up to $50,000 against fire and theft. The insurance of the Master Policy is MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

An invoice will be send to you 8 days before payment due date and a late charge fee of SGD $30 will be incurred every 10 days after the payment due date.
Items that do not meet requirements for safety are not permitted into storage. These items include:
  • Hazardous materials such as explosive and inflammable goods
  • Perishable items which could decompose i.e. exposed foodstuffs
  • Living items such as animals and plants
  • Stolen or illegal goods such as drugs, firearms etc
